Aloha KCS 'Ohana,

The Hawaii State Department of Health has requested the use of our campus to host a vaccination clinic for the community. It will take place on Friday, November 12th from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm.

Minit Medical Urgent Care will be offering the Pfizer pediatric, Pfizer, and Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine. The Pfizer Vaccine for ages 5-11 will be offered, 1st shots as well as booster shots. Pfizer & Moderna Booster Shots are available for patients over 65 years old, 18-64 years old with underlying conditions, & 18-64 years old with occupational exposure risk, must be at least 6 months since the 2nd dose.

Please bring your ID and insurance card. (If you do not have insurance Minit Medical Urgent Care will bill the CARES ACT) .
